We provide staff to all learning disability services including residential services, respite services, independent supported living and day services. We also support service users on a one to one basis, whether in their own home, at a day service or in the community.

We have experienced support workers who provide a high quality service, which allow service users to live independently in their own homes and supported housing.
We respect that individuals have an increasing amount of choice with regards to their own care and support and we try to make the process of selecting staff simple and straightforward.
Our office managers are experienced and thorough when matching support staff to services which support clients of all ages who may have social or physical needs, and provide continuity and familiarity of staff.

All our staff have a ‘Professional Passport to Work’ which is a document that details their experience, training, DBS details etc.
For clients with more challenging or profound disabilities, we can also supply support workers with qualifications in control and restraint.
